A major renewable energy precinct planned for the Barkly region of the Northern Territory is expected to generate extensive opportunities for civil contractors, equipment suppliers, and engineering service providers as work progresses to the environmental approvals stage for a large-scale solar and battery storage development that could operate for more than 70 years.
