A global provider of architecture, design, engineering, and construction services has won the first contract for a $565 million public infrastructure project in Central Queensland.
Having recently announced plans to establish a dedicated authority to oversee the construction of two nine-kilometre underground rail tunnels, the government has now appointed the project director.
