Victorian Planning Minister Justin Madden has approved three planning permits for 157 turbines for the $1 billion Stockyard Hill Wind Farm west of Ballarat.
AGL Energy Limited (AGL) and Meridian Energy (Meridian) have entered binding contracts to construct a 420 MW wind farm at Macarthur in Victoria’s south west at a total capital cost of $1 billion.
