Construction of $250 million of water and wastewater infrastructure for a major housing development in the Illawarra region could begin before the end of 2012.
It has been reported that companies such as Watpac, Thiess and Leighton Properties are among the big names to bid for the chance to develop prime inner city land in Queensland.
