Hartac specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of signage and safety solutions to the Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas industries.

The Company has an extensive safety sign and safety product range along with safety isolation systems which are at the cutting-edge for positive locking, high reliability and safety energy use.

Custom work is also a major part of the business and Hartac specialises in 'one off' signs and are able to manufacture signs from one to their thousands. The Company can also fabricate sign frames and make safety notice boards.

Designed and manufactured in Western Australia, products are designed to operate under a wide range of adverse and harsh environmental conditions within the mining, oil, gas and construction industries along with state and privately owned utilities. Products are designed to conform to the highest Australian standards.

HISTORY
Hartac is a family owned Company and has provided a safety sign solution to the Australian market since 1969. The Company has a clear focus on quality and expertise in product knowledge.

TECHNOLOGY
With a state of the art facility in Belmont, Western Australia, Hartac is equipped with the latest printers, laser etching technology and CNC Routers. The team has the capacity to produce over 10,000 signs per week.

Signs are manufactured specific to a client's requirements and can be supplied in any size and on a variety of materials including Aluminium, Colourbond, Polycarbonate, adhesive material such as stickers and many more. Hartac proudly boasts some of the industry's leading technology including the extra-large UV Direct to substrate flatbed Printer. This printer is one of the largest of its kind available anywhere in the world and can print up to 3.6metres by 2.4metres.

When it comes to laser etching, Hartac has two state of the art laser machines. Together these machines allow Hartac to engrave and laser etch on most metals and plastics.
The Company has also invested into a three axis Multicam CNC router giving it the ability to create custom signs in a variety of shapes including the provision of stencils.

Screen printing still remains a key part of the production facility at Hartac where high volume of standard signage and information tags can be produced in high volumes on demand.

The production facility at Hartac is operational from 6:00am until 5:00pm and is available 5 days a week. Should there be any urgent customer requirements, the facility is able to operate 7 days a week.
