A $50 million iron ore project in the Pilbara 241km south east of Port Hedland and 33km south of Marble Bar has been approved by WA's environmental authority.
A proposed small scale bauxite mine in the Kimberley is scheduled to begin construction in Q2 CY2021, subject to approvals, and employ 250 in the build and 100 in operations.
