Planning approval has been granted for a $681m mineral sands project in south-west NSW, with opportunities expected to result Iluka Resources Limited has been given the go-ahead for its Balranald Mineral Sands Project, a new mineral sands mine about 12km northwest of Balranald in south-western NSW.
