We have depots at Rockhampton, Brisbane, Yarwun, Helidon and Kalgoorlie.Fatigue Management Pilot OperatorIn 1993 we partnered with the QLD Government and the Department of Transport along with two other operators to pilot a new system of Fatigue Management for the transport industry. The pilot concluded in September 2008.  The National Transport Commission was established to monitor fatigue management within the industry. The Pilot Fatigue Management system we operated throughout the period of time went on to become the foot print for the new Advanced Fatigue Management standards. In April 2009 we were the first company in Australia to be accredited under the new Advanced Fatigue Management standards. This was  recognition of the investment we have made since 1993 in working in conjunction with the Queensland Government to create greater safety and fatigue management standards within the transport industry. Advance Australia AwardIn 1996 we were awarded the Advance Australia Award for our contribution to Road Safety with Child Education. The award was presented to the directors by the Queensland Governor at the time.BRW/ANZ Regional Business of Australia Award – 2008In August 2008 our Company was presented the inaugural award in this category. The technology provides regular updates of incidents or events we have set as discrepancy alerts. This provides us with real time information second by second and allows us to monitor our drivers on road behavior like no other transport operator can.We have recently completed the development of our Route Assessment Software. This software is now used to update and monitor key conditions on roads travelled by our fleet. The next stage of the development is to preload customer requirements with OH & S so that at the touch of the screen specific customer requirements are available to the driver.Employee Profit Sharing SchemeIn 1998 we trialed an AWA Agreement with the view to introducing profit sharing to our employees.
