Development Victoria is on the lookout for a development partner that will transform an unused site into hundreds of new homes in Melbourne’s northeast.
The Victorian Government is spending $99 million on upgrading piers and jetties across the state’s coast, and procurement for the latest tranche of work has now commenced.
