We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead and manage our client's expansion plan. This top tier services contractor is moving into its next phase of growth.

As a valued member of the Business Development team you will be pivotal in engaging with an existing client base, be able to identify new opportunities across a wide range of industries both regionally and nationally. The Person:

  • You will be an experienced and established Business Development Manager with skills in the full BD, Sales and Account Management lifecycle
  • You will have previous sales experience with Tier 1, 2 or 3 clients within engineering, construction, maintenance, M&E or facilities services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders /clients, peers and colleagues
  • Identity, and follow up new business leads
  • Detailed understanding of the commercial building services markets, customers and competitive landscapes
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary service delivery.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of people including managing relationships with internal and external clients / suppliers / contractors, etc
