Are you a first home buyers specialist? One of Perth's leading residential builders are seeking an experienced and proven Sales Manager to join their team of industry professionals. This is a rare opportunity to really make your mark on a team with huge growth potential. This builder have been around for over 10 years and have grown substantially over the last few years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 10-20 + years experience in sales and/or management to motivate, inspire train & build a successful sales team.
Your Requirements:
A proven & successful sales background in the residential housing and construction market.
The ability to lead a team of people as well as train, mentor and recruit the team.
Show a structured and proactive approach to drive overall company growth.
Natural management qualities, seeking someone who has the skills to expand and develop a growing business.
We are after an honest, driven & passionate individual who knows how to successfully sell, train & manage a team.
Long tenure within the industry and strong industry references are a must
