Project Manager (Contract Administration) Defence
Working within our experienced Property, Buildings and Project Management group, this position offers a great variety of projects and will see you involved in
Managing and delivering of Design and/or Construction of Defence projects
Liaising with and management of relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Preparation of proposals and bids, scoping studies and site inspections
Development of a variety of contracts (principal contractor and sub-contractors etc.),schedules and programs
Job management of GHD internal projects including quality management, HSE, cost control and invoicing, management of scope and extensions of fees/time, management of sub-consultants.
What you will bring to the team
Relevant tertiary qualifications qualification in engineering, construction management or other related discipline
Qualifications in Project Management and AIPM registered highly regarded
Proven experience setting up complex project teams to deliver successful outcomes
Experienced in the application and management of the Defence Suite of Infrastructure contracts
Experience of both providing technical recommendations for bids as well as writing and crafting proposals for projects
5-7+ years’ experience in complex project delivery experience
