Our client is looking to engage a strong Operations Manager who has experience driving a small to medium sized civil and mining contracting business. Should you have experience working in a General Management capacity we will also consider candidates coming from this background.
The key deliverables for this role will cover the following pillars;
Operational; Responsible for operational excellence across all Sites
Leadership; Driving the leadership of the business
Corporate/Compliance; policies, procedures, contracts, tenders and submissions
Financial; Management of cash flow, profit and loss, budget allocation
Business Development; Stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and forming long term business relationships with new and existing clients
Human Resources; Recruitment, Training, Development, Mentoring, Performance reviews etc
HSE; Responsibility over the workplace health and safety of the business
You will be the link between the two directors and the staff.
Ideally you will have had 10 + years working for a small to medium sized multidisciplinary civil and mining contractor and been instrumental to their growth in the WA market. Our client is looking to grow their $10 - $15m business to a $50m business in the next 24 months. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who can review their existing systems and improve processes & policies. We are looking for a highly motivated and performance driven individual who can drive the business.
The salary range for this position is $180k - $250k + super and the company will put performance incentives in place so you will be generously rewarded based on the growth of the business.
