We are seeking an experienced National Manager – Proposals & Governance, to join our Sales Team in Perth.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, and will be responsible for the bidding process. This will include management of winning bid budgets and schedules, which conform to client specifications and company governance requirements.
Duties of this role include but are not limited to;
Being accountable for the Sales compliance and governance for our national business
Identify, allocate and schedule (internal & external) resources to produce high quality bids within definitive timelines
Leading the bid process including the implementation of process improvements
Mitigate and control the commercial exposure of the Company
Development of holistic tender and project executions plans which are conducive to project management
Prepare subcontract commercial conditions, and regularly review our internal sales, contract and purchase order conditions
Provide guidance to Bid Leads and Project Managers regarding head contract T&C’s and relevant legislation
Successful candidates must demonstrate the following competencies to be shortlisted;
A Bachelor of Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent degree
Significant large scale/ heavy industrial project delivery experience within the mining / resources sector
Previous Bid process compliance/ management experience
Background in contract management (including EPC, EPCM, ECI’s or D&C)
