The Role:

We are seeking a General Manager to co-pilot the company. Working alongside and reporting to the company’s Managing Director, this diverse role covers three key criteria:

Company Growth.

You will be responsible for the acquisition and retention of business. Your excellent relationship building skills will ensure successful negotiation of contracts. As the face of the company you will attend seminars and functions, establishing new client and industry relationships. You will follow up on all proposals and win contracts. You will be entrepreneurial by nature, possess unparalleled verbal and written communication ability, and have a natural flair for sales.

Company Management.

You will run the day-to-day operation of the business. The company has a team of 10 engineers, who you will lead. You will advise and collaborate with the Managing Director on business management. You will oversee the HR, Operations, Financial, Recruitment and Career Development of the company and its people.


You will plan the marketing strategy for the business and grow the company brand. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, and put systems in place to measure the success of these initiatives. You will keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
