The Role:

As an industry leader in both the development and construction fields, an opportunity exists to join the De Luca development team and be part of an exciting and continuing strategic growth phase of the business.

With 25 years history in delivering quality developments throughout Southeast Queensland, De Luca continues to expand its development pipeline across the bulky goods, retail, and commercial markets. 

Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, and working closely with the delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the development process from acquisition to handover.

Key duties will include:

  • Early stage site analysis and due diligence
  • Purchase contract management
  • Feasibility analysis and management
  • In consultation with our in house delivery team;
  • Management of the development approval process
  • Management of project delivery and handover
  • Project sales and leasing
  • After sales service

The Individual:

In order to be successful for this role you will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for the development and construction industry with at least 10 years’ experience in a similar role. You will need to be able to work on multiple projects at varying phases of project gestation and be a dynamic member of the team, exuding enthusiasm and leadership.
