DCTech is leading the industry in building envelope technology. Specialising in performance-based products that include Façade, ventilation, fire & thermal/acoustic insulation. We are currently expanding our business and want you to be a part of it!
We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Experience in the construction industry preferred
Responsibilities will include, however, not limited to;
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Negotiate and close sales contracts. Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and meetings
Recruit, train and supervise your team to assist you with the growth of DCTech
Manage and proactively participate in all aspects of business development for our Melbourne branch.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Team player who develops and exhibits constructive relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues
Knowledge of composites, fibreglass, foam, adhesive and fixings products in the relevant industries
