Our client is a market leading Australian supplier and manufacturer of Fire products offering a full range of Fire Suppression Systems and Products.

The Role

Based in Sydney, the Solutions Engineer/ BDM will will use their mechanical engineering knowledge and technical sales experience to grow sales across NSW, QLD and the ACT by winning new clients and improving demand within the existing customer base.

The successful candidate will provide technical solutions and advice to current and future clients and end users. The role requires mechanical engineering knowledge and experience in a technical sales or BDM role selling products such as pumps, fire suppression products and systems or similar mechanical products. The position presents attractive rewards for a self-motivated, organised and technically oriented salesperson.

You will Bring

  • A sound technical knowledge of Mechanical Fire Products and Systems or similar
  • 5+ years Sales experience in a technical sales product and / or solutions role
  • Ability to build & maintain strong strategic relationships with key customers & stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance & approach
