Woods and Co have partnered up with a market-leading national fitout contractor who requires a Business Development Manager to join their busy team. This company has an impressive track record of delivering a variety of projects.

Their clients are a mix of public and private organisations and they have delivered a range of award-winning projects for schools, universities, community centers and commercial projects such as high-end retail, hospitality, and offices.

What do you do?

With an established client base and a host of other organisations to prospect, the client is looking for a driven, sales-focused person to join the team. You will have a network of contacts and be prepared to build and develop valuable relationships with clients who are looking for an end to end design to delivery fit-out service.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager within the fitout industry.
  • Proven track record of winning work within the fitout industry.
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • Target orientated, highly motivated, proactive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A strong understanding of the industry.
  • Skill to develop strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • High level of attention to professionalism, detail, and accuracy.
