Join this reputable consultancy based in North Sydney as a Business Development Manager & Engineering Lead. You'll be part of a highly engaged, capable and well-experienced team of Engineers who offer services within the water, infrastructure and land development sectors across Australia. 


As a Business Development Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role within the company. Providing your industry knowledge, you will be heavily involved with building and creating strong business relationships with clients in Sydney and NSW. You will have the opportunity to liaise with various local & government bodies, and private clients. Due to your engineering background you will also assist in the technical side of the business when needed. 


Meet with new and current clients

Generate and maintain leads

Develop and manage new business relationships

Prepare and assist in tenders

Attend industry related seminars

Develop and implement new sales strategies

Assist with technical delivery of projects and provide guidance to the team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.    Related Engineering degree

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Strong experience as a BDM or similar is required

Prior experience within the engineering division, specifically civil, is advantageous

An eager and energetic approach to work and sales
