Enviropacific Services provides specialist engineering and applied science solutions for the prevention or remediation of solid and liquid contamination. Working across Australia, we are a trusted provider in the property, infrastructure, industrial, defence and petroleum sectors. We have been in business since 2001, employing over 250 staff across offices in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Townsville and Brisbane.

Due to our exciting and continued growth, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. Integral to the ongoing growth of our business, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a talented and established team. With a strong foundation of successful delivery and existing client relationships, this role will assist in further enhancing our presence within Victoria, Tasmania & South Australia. The role is based from our Melbourne office and will report to our Remediation Manager – VIC/TAS/SA.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

Creating and subsequently managing new client relationships

Developing, tracking and managing new business opportunities in the CRM

Exploring new prospective markets and preparing business investment plans

Provide input into both the strategic and growth initiatives of the business

Attending and representing the Enviropacific business at industry, trade and consumer events

Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and branch managers to enhance project performance and ensure consistency in delivery.

The ability to deeply understand and clearly communicate how Enviropacific's service offerings are specifically tailored to Prevent, Stop and Reverse environmental damage

Demonstrated experience establishing long-lasting and beneficial relationships

A confident, business minded and well-articulated communication style

A motivated approach to networking and developing business opportunities

A passion and background in the contaminated lands, site remediation or associated industry will be highly regarded

The willingness to work autonomously and undertake some interstate travel.
