As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities are to grow customer accounts and sales, as well as develop new customers and markets within your designated region. Key to achieving this will be the completion of regular customer visits, cold calls to potential clients and meeting sales targets & KPI’s. You will be part of a supportive and professional team who have a strong work ethic and shared team focus. This role requires the ability to explain, consult, advise and promote complex technologies and solutions across multiple industries.
Grow sales and customer exposure to products and services.
Develop new business and convert that into new accounts.
Identify potential clients through cold calling and client/customer meetings.
Technical solution sales
Seek new business through effective prospecting
Develop long lasting relationships with customers
If you are an experienced sales professional with a strong variable speed drives background (MV preferable) we are keen to hear from you (5 years’ experience preferable).
Previous experience is required for this role and a knowledge of engineering principles and electric motors industry would be beneficial.
