ABOUT THE ROLE.

As a Business Development Manager, you have the opportunity to be based in any state within Australia and be given the ability to grow a successful business locally. You will assist in increasing business within that particular state through utilising your established connections to generate sales leads. Your technical understanding of the firms offerings will directly contribute to the states success and networks created. This is an exciting opportunity which enables you to improve your industry knowledge and utilise your proven record of achievements in sales and strategy to increase sales leads. 

DUTIES.

  • Sustain existing client relationships and build new networks to drive business 
  • Consult & liaise with clients from top-tier firms to various house hold names within the construction industry 
  • Identify key decision makers and win new business through networking and knowledge building
  • Roll-out execution plans to achieve the Company’s strategic vision and goals
  • Drive brand awareness and service offerings among potential clients 
  • Be responsible for generating new sales leads


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction or Business
  • Strong technical understanding or insights into construction/quantity surveying is highly advantageous
  • Must have excellent, clear and natural communication skills for client liaising 
  • Proven individual results in sales and account management
  • Available to travel domestically at short notice if required
