Our organisation is actively searching for an experienced Business Development Manager.
Full training would be provided to the right candidate looking to further their career in the booming civil construction industry. You will be joining a multinational company with our head office based in Hope Island that is expanding rapidly so there are real growth / career opportunities within the organisation.
This position is a crucial part of our growth plan. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and identify new business opportunities across QLD.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
Assist management in design and implementing specific tailored customer value propositions.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Identify and facilitate alternative business opportunities to provide further growth within the company.
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
A sound knowledge of Civil Construction & Underground Services
Experience in business development and client management.
Excellent communication skills
Attractive remuneration (incl. weekly pay)
