A renowned wholesale builder are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager and sales professional to head up their sales operation with a strong pipeline of high end townhouse developments now selling. Renowned for their contemporary designs and luxury finishes, their project portfolio includes both their own developments and joint ventures with high profile developers.
Reporting to an experienced and supportive General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining sales channel relationships.
Prospecting new relationships.
Working as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong track record in new home sales
Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
Ability to build great relationships
A high level of drive and motivation to succeed
