DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track relevant projects being undertaken by Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies that will be tendered.
  • Assist in tender completion
  • Secure tenders
  • Connect and meet people who will be able to allocate relevant introductory projects being undertaken by Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies.
  • Secure projects
  • Undertake site inspections to Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies.
  • Secure work
  • Behave in alignment with the company’s value
  • Ensure excellence in CRM data management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must be able to work legally and permanently in Australia.
  • Must have had at least 3 years of Business Development Management experience.
  • Must have stayed in their last three jobs for at least two years.
  • Must have a referee who is the business owner or senior manager in one of these companies.

DESIRABLE

  • Have tracked projects being undertaken by Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies that will be tendered.
  • Have assisted in tender completion
  • Have secured tenders
  • Have connected and meet people who will be able to allocate relevant introductory projects being undertaken by Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies.
  • Have secured projects ($1M + sized projects)
  • Have undertaken site inspections to Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies.
  • Have secured additional work
  • Have ensured they behaved in alignment with the company’s value
  • Have ensured excellence in CRM data management
  • Have more than 8 points left on their driver’s licence.
