Our continued success as an integrated, multi-disciplined contracting supplier depends on our strong team and our group of specialised companies finding innovative ways of delivering the best values to our clients across our Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Infrastructure, Landscape and Water departments.
We are expanding at 35% per annum. Reporting to the CEO, we are now searching for a BDM to liaise and develop a win-win situation with our best clients and perhaps even find some more along the way.
The focus of the role will be to:
Manage client relationships;
Develop relationships in line with strategic objectives;
Engage future potential clients;
Sales/Marketing/Pre-Contracts experience and understanding;
Work as part of a group – find work and target it.
We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Engineering qualifications and demonstrated work experience;
Have strong verbal and written communication skills;
Local experience is considered very important;
Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relevant degree or equivalent would be desirable
