EGM Recruitment is proud to be working with Starke AMG in the recruitment for a Business Manager - Mcmahon Fabrication for the growing operation.

The Business Manager – McMahon Fabrication will lead the development and expansion of Starke’s precision fabrication division. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and delighting a strong client base, leading technology innovation, and building a high-performing fabrication team. The successful candidate will have deep experience in SME management, strong technical fabrication knowledge, and the ability to represent McMahon Fabrication to high-level clients, including those in the defence sector.

Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

• Growing fabrication-related opportunities internally and externally
• Close collaboration with other Starke divisions for group-wide opportunity expansion
• Oversight of technology investment, installation, and implementation
• Direct client relationship management, especially in Defence and industrial sectors

To be successful in the position, we are looking for:

• Deep technical knowledge in precision fabrication processes
• Experience with modern fabrication technology (e.g., CNC Press Brakes, Cobot Welding)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
• High-level commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset
